Frequently Asked Questions

What are the Default Restrictions?

Unless specified, cards are preconfigured to have no product or time restrictions, no odometer prompting and a default PIN assigned. If you wish to restrict the card, please specify the restrictions when ordering the card or call us on 1800 664 271 during business hours to setup your card restrictions.

What security features are available?

We treat card security seriously. All cards require a PIN and additionally you can request vehicle description checking (including Registration checking), product restrictions, time of day restrictions and odometer recording and validation. Combined with automatic enrolment in our 24/7 validation service you can be rest assured your card is protected from unauthorised use around the clock.

How long does the application process take?

Once a completed and signed original application is received via mail, you will generally receive your welcome pack which includes your new Mogas FuelCard(s) within 5 to 10 business days. This process may be delayed if we receive incomplete information.

Why do I need to send in a printed application form?

It is our company policy to require physically signed copies of application forms.

When are the card fees charged?

The card fee is applied to the account on a monthly basis, starting from the first day in the month the card was activated.

I have forgotten my pin?

Our company privacy policy restricts our employees & agents from seeing password and PIN numbers for your account. In the event that you forget your PIN or the original PIN letter is lost, misplaced, our card services department will need to re-issue a new PIN via mail or email to the registered account holder. Alternatively, if you are registered for our online Mogas FuelCard Management System, you can log in and change your PIN there also.

My card has been lost/stolen?

There are three ways to report your card as lost or stolen.

  1. Call our automated service on +61 08 8367 2095 and follow the prompts.
  2. Register for FuelCard Management Online, click on the card that is Lost/Stolen and select Block from the Actions menu.
  3. Call 1800 664 271 during business hours and speak to one of our friendly staff in the card services department.
